あー、これはちょっとかっこいい言葉だよ！
もともとはギリシャ語から来た言葉で、「心の中にたまったものが一気に出て、すっきりする感覚」のことだよ。
たとえば、悲しい映画を見て思いっきり泣いたあと、なんか心が軽くなる感じ、あるよね？それがカタルシスだよ。「あの映画、泣けたけど、見終わったあとカタルシスを感じた」みたいに使う。
それから、ずっとがまんしてたことを友達に全部話したら、すごく楽になった、みたいな時にも使えるよ。「全部話したらカタルシスだった」って感じ。
